Declaring Swimmers for Meets
Please declare your swimmer – YES or NO – for ALL meets & events at the start of the season!
- If your schedule changes, you can make edits until the event's RSVP deadline.
- IMPORTANT: After the RSVP deadline, we cannot add swimmers to a meet.
DECLARE in 6 Easy Steps!
1.) Login to SwimTopia in the top right corner.
2.) Click the “Meets / Events” tab in the navigation bar, then scroll down to the event or meet you would like to select.
3.) Choose the green “Meet Entry” box for a Meet, or the green "RSVP Open" box for an event.
4.) Click the “Edit” button under your swimmer(s) name.
5.) Select if your swimmer(s) will or will not attend the meet/event, and make sure to click “SAVE” to retain your selections.
6.) Once saved, you will see a "Meet entries were saved successfully" confirmation. Under this green box, click “Back to Swim Meets” and find the next meet or event to RSVP.
** Continue these steps until you have RSVP'd for all season meets & events!
