Marlins, below is a note from Hamilton Mill with information on tonight's meet. Please read carefully. 

All swimmers and first shift volunteers should check in by 4:30 pm. It sounds like parking may involve a bit of a hike, so factor that into your travel time. Don't forget to bring sunscreen, snacks, lots of water, goggles, extra towels, and entertainment for your kiddos.

Our pool is located at 1669 Hamilton Mill Pkwy, Dacula, Ga 30019 off of Hog Mtn Rd and Hamilton Mill Pkwy (our neighborhood has two pools and this one is the one towards the back of the neighborhood.)

Unfortunately, our parking lot is fairly small. We will reserve 4 spots for your coaches and board. Once the parking lot is full, parents can drop off swimmers in the turn around by the pool, and overflow parking can take place in the three closest subdivisions. Stonewood is past the pool off of Hamilton Mill Pkwy on the left. Highpoint and Lakeside are down Hog Mountain Rd to the right when leaving the pool. People can walk from these two neighborhoods by crossing the little white bridge by the lake and take the sidewalk up the hill, through the tennis courts to the pool. Look for the signs and please ask everyone to park on only one side of the street.

We have an 8 lane pool which usually makes for a smooth meet. When entering the pool, the left side of the baby pool area is for the visiting team bullpen and the side of the pool closest to the baby pool is for visiting team spectators.

In case of bad weather, we ask that those who can, go to their cars, and those who had to park far away can go into the clubhouse. We will swim a Guppy heat (coach assisted beginners) prior to the start of the meet (about 5:50, after you complete warm ups). If you have any that would like to swim, we’d love to have them.

Our concessions will be selling Chic-fil-a, Riverside pizza, and the usual assortments of chips, drinks, and candy. Heat sheets will be sold for $2 at the concession stand.
