Hi Parents, 

Attached you will find the heat sheet for tonight's meet so that you can write your swimmer's event, heat and lane on his/her arm in advance. This proved very helpful last week. Thanks for doing this!!!

Rain...it looks like rain is a strong possibility. Please remember not to leave the meet unless you are instructed to do so. If there is a rain delay you may stay in the covered area around the pool and porch, or go to your cars. Bring umbrellas, waterproof apparel and extra clothes for the kids. Trash bags are great for carrying and covering items quickly. If the meet is cancelled or postponed due to weather, you will receive an email with instructions. If the meet has to be made up, you will receive an email as soon as the date/time has been determined.

In the event of rain, many items often get left in the rush and become drenched, winding up wet and soggy in lost and found. Please try to collect all items. If you think you are missing anything, stop by the lost and found under the porch tomorrow morning before everything gets hot and smelly out there in the summer heat. Ick.

Tonight is college night! Wear your collegiate gear!

In food news, in addition to the usual, we will have Chick-fil-A tonight (until it runs out- so grab yours early) and Marco's pizza.
