Hello Marlins!
Tonight we swim AWAY @ Lansmoore. Please arrive by 4:30 p.m. for check in.
The address is: 1000 Lansfaire Crossing, Suwanee, Ga 30024.
I have attached a list of which EDM swimmers swim which events in case you did not get your slip in your family file due rain/cancelled practice. It doesn't have heat or lane info, but at least you can go ahead and write the events on your swimmers arms in advance. If we get that info from Lansmoore later in the day, we will send it out.
Today is a wet one. Let's hope it clears up for tonight. Remember to bring stuff to stay dry, warm and entertained in the event of a rain delay. Thank you for your patience dealing with the weather last night and Tuesday evening.
Here is a message from Lansmoore:
Your team can parking in either lot off Moore Rd. Would suggest your team park in back lot, which you get to from the 2nd Lansfaire entrance, since your team will be using that area.
Take 2nd entrance left into Lansfaire off Moore rd, across from strip with CFA and Cheeky. Take 1st left, Follow down to pool. This will be the lot back by your team area (grass area by playground) Lots more spots back there. Please have your team comply with parking signs inside the neighborhood. Or take 1st entrance right into Lansfaire and park in small lot where tennis courts and clubhouse are. This one closes off fast. Other than that, people can park in the neighborhood as signs dictate. We normally save 3 spots in the back lot for your coaches and council. They will be marked.
Signs will be out in the community relative to what side of street to park on. No parking on side of road on Moore Rd (cops will tow) before right turn lane into 2nd Lansfaire entrance and no parking along curb by tennis courts in main parking lot. Please have your folks park carefully.
Food is mostly $1, there will be pizza and Chick Fila Sandwiches with the normal candy and drinks
Programs $2.
We will have lounge chairs out on the grass, but we'd appreciate toward the end of the meet, if you all could bring the those chairs back inside the pool deck. We will move them around as need be.
