Hey Marlins!

I wanted to give everyone a solid on the ticket situation. As you can see by the attachment, we have a limited number of tickets for each session. This means we have to meticulously divide the tickets among families to ensure (1) everyone gets a seat, and (2) families are seated together. 

We're trying to divvy up the tickets as fairly and equitably as we can. This means we need to review who's volunteering during a session when their swimmer is competing, how many people are in each family, and several other factors that take time. Unfortunately, we don't have any extra tickets, and we don't have means for getting any more. 

Therefore, families will receive tickets for the nuclear family first. After that, families will have to barter/negotiate with each other if you need extra tickets or have extras. In addition, keep in mind that there will be over 40 teams worth of families and over 4000 swimmers attending. Therefore, as much as we want Sweet Aunt Petunia to see the meet, she can watch it on the website live feed. 

With that in mind, we will have the tickets sorted by tomorrow morning. If you don't have the number of tickets you need, try to make the necessary arrangements.
