Hey Marlins! The season is approaching fast, and we're finalizing the roster to determine what age groups will swim at what times. As of right now, afterschool practice will start May 13, and we will follow the schedule from previous years:

• 6 and under: 4-4:30
• Elementary: 4:30-5:30
• Middle and High: 5:30-6:30

As we iron out the roster, we will be able to determine which groups will practice at what times based on group size, pool capacity, and coach supervision. I am working with Coach Tyler on starting practice at 8 instead of 7:30 so no one (1) feels like they're constantly getting the early session every year, and (2) the earliest session won't be so difficult for swimmers to make. 

Finally, the new parents' night is tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 29. I was looking at moving the date back a week to Monday, May 6, but this would interfere with the coaches' final exam schedules. I am consulting with them and will make the determination very soon.
