I know we're all excited for our second meet this Thursday and that our swimmers will continue to do their best! Listed below is the invitation from AA; please review the invitation and plan accordingly.

Good Morning,
We are excited for our meet this upcoming Thursday, June 6th, 2019 starting @ 6 pm with your team. We will do our best to see that the meet goes as smoothly as possible and that we have a fun night of great swimming for both of our teams. Also, our theme for the night is Neon Night so have everyone come dressed in their favorite neon!!
Entries
Volunteers
A table will be setup at the pool entrance for checking in so that we can get individuals to their stations
Bullpen
We are moving our visiting area to the area below the slide. Unfortunately, the area we used to use by the playground just got a new floor and we are trying to keep food and high traffic off of it. The kids might want to bring tents because I don't think there's much shade down there.
The goal is to merge the swimmers behind the starting area ahead of their respective Event/Heat
Seating
We do our best to keep open an area for our visiting families on the building side of the pool
This is a nice convenience for the restroom and concessions access
Directions
The instructions to the pool are as follows:
On your smart phone, search: 2608 Bent Tree Dr. Dacula, GA 30019
This will take you to the general area of our pool.
Additional Turn by Turn Directions:
85 North to 316 East
Continue on 316
Left onto Cedars Road
Right onto Hurricane Shoals
Left onto Dacula Road
Left into parking lot of the Apalachee Farms subdivision
Parking
Our pool has a parking lot
3 slots will be reserved for your team
2 Slots will be open for auction available to all families for no fuss and up close parking
Starting bid is $20
Deadline: Noon on the day of the meet
Overflow Parking
The Apalachee Farms Clubview neighborhood that connects to our parking lot
The Apalachee Trophy Club (golf course) across the street
Parking is only permitted on one side of the street and it will be marked accordingly
Note: Cars parked on the wrong side will be towed.
Concessions
We offer a full concessions for your convenience
Restrooms are close to the pool
Meet Committee Record Form
I will have the form with me at the pool
We will confirm that everything checks out ahead of the meet and then sign together
At the end of the meet we will make a notation of the “End of Meet Time” and then initial together
Heat Sheets
We will have your 12 heat sheets available at the table closest to the pool entrance
Also confirm the size of your team to ensure that we have enough heat sheets for your families
