Hi!

To see the meet entries for tonight, go to the website. Click swim meets, then entries. You will see what events your swimmer is swimming. You may write these events on their arms, but please leave heat and lane blank to be filled in at the meet. This info may change. 

ALSO, if you haven't downloaded the Swimtopia app, once you are in meet entries, you will see where you can easily download it. PLEASE download this app to your phone and turn on notifications for it! We will send weather text alerts this way, and unfortunately, weather may be an issue tonight. 

For the meet tonight, bring warm layers, trash bags to cover items, tents for the bullpen, umbrellas, entertainment for the car in the event of delays, extra towels (I'd keep a few in the car too). Weather delays will be communicated via Swimtopia text alerts and email, but obviously text alerts will go through much faster. 

If our meet is rescheduled, our opponent's make up date is Tuesday evening. More details would follow. 

Again, as Tyler noted, we swim in rain, just not storms. Prepare your kiddos for this and also advise to be careful on the pool deck. It can become quite slippery.
