Hope everyone is ready for our final away meet tomorrow night! I've pasted Berkshire's welcome email complete with parking instructions and correct address--I realize there have been some questions regarding the latter. Let me know if you have any questions!

Welcome All, We just wanted to touch base with you all this week before we host your team on Thursday. We welcome your team to our pool and look forward to another terrific meet. Sandy Howe and Annette Coffee are the head council representatives for Berkshire Barracudas. Please feel free to locate us if you have any questions or concerns during the meet. We will also have your teams 12 heat sheets and our Head official will have all of the copies for the officials. Upon arriving, ask around and someone will locate us so we can hand deliver to whoever you choose and we can sign off on the pool report. We will have 3 reserved parking spaces for your coaches. These will be on the left side as you enter the parking lot. 

Please do not park in the ones to the right as that is for Kona ice and our concessions crew. 

Our team will be warming up from 5:00 - 5:20 pm. Which will allow your team to warm up from 5:25 - 5:45 pm. We have a group of bubbles and would invite any of yours to swim as well. We will start the bubbles heat at 5:45 pm. 

This week, our team will have a "theme" for our meet. We welcome you to join in if you choose to! We will be doing Luau week.

Our scoring table is inside the clubhouse. We do allow for street parking, all we ask is common sense be used and only park on one side of the street. Signs will be posted on the side that does not allow for parking. If families park on both sides, emergency vehicles can not get through and that could create a tragedy.

Our team generally sits on the far side of the pool facing the clubhouse but feel free to sit anywhere as we are all really "neighbors". Your team area is the area on the right side of the pool as you enter the gate just past the concessions area near the kiddie pool. We do have Pest USA as a team sponsor and they treat this area so it should be free of bugs.

We have a full service concession stand. Just to name a few items we will offer: Sonic chicken sandwiches (grilled and breaded), hamburgers, pizza, mac and cheese, hot dogs, nachos, Kona Ice, sodas, water, candy, etc. We also give THREE complimentary meal tickets for your coaches...they can choose a main entree and a drink for free. We will hand deliver those tickets with your 12 heat sheets. We do not see rain in the forecast however, it is Thursday night in Gwinnett County and we wanted to let you know that our make up night will be on Friday evening if needed. 

Lastly, our pool address is: 2608 Beddington Way, Suwanee 30024. We will have four parking spots saved for your team on the left side as you enter the parking area.
