County Schedule

County swimmers will continue to practice until the county meet.

The county meet is scheduled for July 10th & 11th @ Georgia Tech.

Only swimmers with the best times in the county are invited to participate in the county meet.

Frequent Questions 2021 Swim Season

What is a virtual meet?

Our meets will take place at the Edinburgh pool; there will be no away meets. We will compete virtually against other teams. There will not be a live stream of the meets.

How will distancing be managed at meets?

Swimmers will wait in different areas around the pool deck, rather than in one bullpen. No relays. Swimmers will most likely arrive & swim staggered by age group. No spectators aside from volunteers. Volunteers will be limited.

Which volunteer positions are needed?

Starter, stroke and turn judges, and timers. Please respond to this email if you are interested. These positions that will gain you access to the pool deck.

Who are our coaches?

We welcome back Coach Chloe & Coach Ethan! Chloe will be Head Coach; Ethan will be Assistant Coach. We hope to have at least one junior assistant as well.

Will my swimmer need a team swimsuit?

Team swimsuits will not be sold or required this year.

Will we have a mock meet? 

We do not currently have plans to hold a mock meet this season. 

How can I complete my registration process?

We will email the team when we are ready to accept Marlins registration payment. Payment will be accepted via Venmo or check.

We will also need swimmers to pay the online GCSL SwimTopia fee of $20. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed shortly.
