Good morning!

FIRST DAY OF COUNTY TOMORROW YAY!!!!
Sorry for any confusion but we are going to have normal practice schedule tomorrow:

• 10 & Under: 8:30-9:30
• 11 & Up: 9:30-10:30

We will be getting out a little earlier tomorrow but we are focusing on starts, turns, finishes, and relay starts. We will do a long warmup as well. If you are swimming in a relay, please come to the same practice as your relay team so you can practice all together. 

I am sharing this link with more info from the council about what counts as a tech suit and what does not: https://www.usaswimming.org/news/2020/08/24/tech-suit-restriction-for-12-and-under-swimmers (remember if you are 12 years old or younger you CANNOT wear a technical suit…I think for girls no kneeskins either unless they follow these rules. Or just bring an extra suit you wouldn’t mind racing in if you are not sure!)
