Marlin Families-

Registration is going swimmingly and we are very excited to start the season with our growing team!  The LAST DAY to register will be April 30, so time is running out. Please keep registering and invite your friends.   We would love to add swimmers, specifically to our older age groups of 13 and up. We will be offering special prizes and incentives for our older swimmers throughout the season.  Speaking of incentives... congratulations to our Early Registration raffle winners:  Neka Igbokwe won one free volunteer pass and Devasya Shah won a token for concession stand goodies during one home meet!!  We will pick one winner from those who register in April for priority parking for a home meet-- good luck!

Communications & Swimsuits

In addition to receiving emails, we highly encourage you to visit our edinburgh.swimtopia.com website for updates.  You will also be using the website to RSVP for meets and assigned volunteer roles.  You can also follow us on Facebook at Edinburgh Marlin Swim Team for announcements and sharing pictures.

As you know, we will not be selling team swimsuits this year.  However, we are asking that swimmers wear a solid (or mostly solid) ROYAL blue suit for swim meets. If you are in need of suit, a great place to start is join our Facebook group: Edinburgh Marlin Merch.  It is a closed group, so please request admittance.  It's a page for swimmers to buy/sell/trade consignment suits and other consignment merchandise.  Any suits would be appreciated, so please search for those outgrown suits and offer them up if you can!  The merchandise page is also a great place to request help with sizing information.  Girls wear one piece suits and boys wear jammer style suits.  If you'd like to buy a new suit, a good example can be found at Amazon.  I've included pictures of the TYR boy's or girl's  sport solid Durafast suit.  Any color/style one-piece suit is acceptable for practice.

We look forward to seeing you soon at the pool!!
