Hi Marlins!! 

We are so excited for our Timed Trials Meet this Thursday, and are ready to get our volunteers trained. 

We need each and every one of your amazing families pitching in to pull this off. We truly appreciate your assistance in coming together to run a traditional season with us. Two years of COVID cancelations and modifications are finally over! This season will be some work, but it's time to get back to business. 

Below are some important notes. VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS are attached. 

Please read the notes & attached assignments carefully and check in & report ON TIME to avoid penalties or any confusion.

• The Timed Trial Meet is viewed as a training opportunity for volunteers. It will be a much shorter meet than normal (hopefully finished by 8:30 p.m.) We are asking shift 1 volunteers to stay on for 10-15 minutes and overlap, in an effort to transition/train our 2nd shift volunteers.

• If a representative from your family (aged 15&up) cannot work your shift, it is your responsibility to find a substitute. All positions are integral to the meet running successfully.

• Make sure you check in @ the Volunteer Check In Table on time and collect your name tag to get credit for volunteering.

• If your swimmer is ill or there is a last minute emergency and you cannot find a substitute, please text the Volunteer Coordinator, Julie, ASAP @ 678-412-5295.

• Assigned positions are subject to last minute change. We appreciate your understanding.

• As previously stated, all RSVP swimmer regrets for vacations or planned absences MUST be entered online on SwimTopia one week prior to each meet. This will excuse your family from its volunteer duties without penalty/fines.
