Hello Volunteers, 

Attached is the updated Volunteer Assignment sheet for our meet tomorrow. 

Remember, volunteer check in times are as follows-

4 pm- Set Up

5 pm- All 1st shift, full event, ribbons & relays

Event 32- 2nd shift volunteers plus Take Down

Our Check In table will now be located on the pool deck outside the bullpen. 

If you are 2nd shift or Take Down, you will check in @ Event 32- you do not need to Check In @ 5 pm. 

For Check In, find your name, highlight and initial to get credit, then report to your position. 

Pls note, set up volunteers- you will need to promptly head to the gym closet after Check In where there will be supplies, a Set Up checklist you can follow & Susan Pope can offer direction.
