Happy Friday Marlins!

The final County results have been released- this is the first draft of what's called the County Psych Sheet.  This is the current standings of county swimmers based on final times and team rsvp's of those swimmers attending the county meet.  There might be some slight changes based on last minute scratches, but the list I'm attaching will be mostly accurate to see where your swimmer falls.  If your swimmer is ranked in the top 50 of any individual stroke, they are in!  #51 and #52 are taken as alternates in each event.  If your swimmer falls outside of #52, I'm sorry, but they won't be swimming in that event this year (barring any movement from last minute scratches in which you will be notified separately).   However, many swimmers are entered only on a relay team for their age group.  I'm also attaching a list of our relay teams.  If your name is on for a relay, it is a confirmed position!  So please check list carefully (6U girls, your name appears on the list, but you are NOT scheduled for a relay!)

*** It is VERY important that you let me know if anything has changed with your availability or you have changed your mind about attending the county meet.  If your name is in the top 50 OR you are on a relay team we need confirmation that you will attend.  You have until Sunday evening to let me know of any changes, so we can scratch your swimmer from the list.  Once we finalize our roster with the league, we will be fined $100 for a swimmer that does not show!  Please, please let me know if you can no longer attend and you will get confirmation back from me! ***

Practice

Please attend county practices if you are in for individual events and/or relays only.  We have 3 more practice days coming up this week, Tuesday- Thursday!  8:30-9:30 for all 10 and unders, 9:30-10:30 for 11 and up.  Let's finish strong before the county meet and get some good practice in to prepare!  

I'm attaching the county list in 2 versions:  the full Psych Sheet from county so you can view all competing times and it shows the final standings of the top 100.  You can enter your child's name in the search bar and it will highlight their name in the list for easier finding!  Also, I'm attaching Coach Josh's spreadsheet of just our swimmers that indicated they could attend county meet and their final standings.  His RELAY TEAM spreadsheet is the only place you'll find the members of each relay team, so please read that carefully to know if you're included in a relay!!  ( For those new to the team, if your child is attending just for relays, please know that both relays are done at the beginning of each session, so it is not necessary that they stay the entire session if you don't wish. )

More County details will be coming soon!  For now, please let me know ASAP if your swimmer can no longer attend the county meet- Sunday nite deadline!  No practice on Monday, but please attend county practices next week.  We are very proud of all our county contenders!
