RSVPs are now OPEN!!

What does this mean?

You can now update your swimmers' availability for the season for both evening practices & meets!

Are RSVPs required for meets?

Yes. You MUST RSVP to be seeded in each meet. This is a NEW REQUIREMENT this year. You must RSVP you are attending to each meet your swimmer will swim.

When do Meet RSVPs close?

The RSVP will be due four days prior to each meet (Sunday night for Thursday meets and Thursday night for our Monday meet). After this, the RSVPs will close and your child will not be seeded in the meet/cannot compete.

If you RSVPed yes and your plans change, you may change your RSVP in the system, but please don't forget to do this before the RSVPs close. We have strict no show penalties, including not being allowed to swim in the next meet and volunteer fines.

Are RSVPs required for evening practice?

Yes. You MUST RSVP for evening practices. Once we hit 12 swimmers, the evening practices will close. This is to ensure we have enough coaching staff and for better quality instruction. Also, we only have two lanes in evenings, so space is limited. No Minis or 6u swimmers are permitted at evening practice. Note- evening practices are only for swimmers with working parents or enrolled in a week-long camp.

How do I RSVP?

Meets-

Login to Swimtopia. Go to Home. Then Swim Meets. Click each Meet and RSVP for each swimmer. Save. You can add a note for Coach Josh if you'd like (i.e., prefers breast; hoping to swim fly; hates backstroke; you're the best; etc.)

Evening Practices-

Login to Swimtopia. Go to Home. Then Swim Meets. Click each Evening Practice you'd like to attend. Click Job Sign Up to select which age group practice(s). Save. Your attendance will be saved under the parent name- this is ok.

When should I RSVP?

If you know your summer schedule (camps, vacations, etc.), please sign up ASAP! Even if you don't know your full schedule, update as much as you can now. However, please note- evening practice RVSPs will open two weeks at time. You will need to RSVP for the subsequent practices as we move through the season.

Do I need to RSVP for morning practices?

Nope. You can just show up in your designated time slot.
