To ensure quality training and swimmer safety, we ask parents refrain from talking to our coaches and swimmers during practice. 

Parents of swimmers ages 7/8 & up may drop off or watch from the upper deck. 6&u and Mini parents are permitted to watch from under the upper deck, but should maintain an appropriate distance. 

We appreciate you abiding by these rules to minimize distraction on deck & keep our swimmers safe!
