Also, each week the county updates their list of top 75-100 swimmers (usually update is in by Monday following meet).  To check out the county list go to :  https://gcsl.swimtopia.com/2023-results

You can see if your child is in the running for a county qualifying time.  Ultimately they take the top 50 swimmers in each event and relay teams, so that is the goal.  But even if you're outside the 50 now, you may get moved up after final choices are made at the conclusion of the regular season.  We're half way thru our meets now, so using the county list is a great way to set goals!  The County Championship will be July 7-9 with 5 sessions based on age group.  It is held at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center.  Much more info on county will come out toward the end of our season.  Continue to check the county list each new week.
