We need to be prepared for weather delays tonite as it looks like we could be dodging some thunderstorms.  Really hoping mother nature is good to us, but I want to make you aware of some things:

- Our first and best option is to WAIT out any thunder delays for as long as we can.  That means we'll need you to be patient and flexible.  Safety is our first concern and we have many factors to consider with both teams as to how we proceed.  Our goal will be to complete as much in as we can, but we must get thru a minimum number of events in order to score the meet as complete and be able to call it.  Know that any events that your child swims, their time WILL be recorded and count toward county qualifying, even if the points don't go toward the team scoring. In the event that we cut the meet short, you child may not get to swim all their events and we apologize.  

If we do not reach our minimum event, we will have to reschedule a make-up meet to finish.  Our make-up day is Friday. It could be during the morning (practice hours) or more likely in the evening starting at 6:00.  Time will be determined with officials from other team.  Scheduling a make-up is extremely difficult for everyone, swimmers and volunteers, so that is why it's in our best interest to get it done tonite if at all possible. If we do need to reschedule, it will be all hands on deck with volunteers!  

**In the event of a thunder delay,  please DO NOT leave!!  You're welcome to wait in your cars or under patio.  We will communicate thru Swimtopia emails and word of mouth!

** It will be a good idea to bring a couple large trash bags with you to the bullpen.  In case of rain, you can quickly throw all your belongings into bag to keep them dry. ;-) 

THANK YOU for being patient no matter what happens tonite and understand that a lot goes into the decisions we have to make.  We want this to be a FUN last home meet and a special night for our seniors!

9:00-10:00:  10 and under

10:00-11:00: 11 and up
