Get out your calendar and – Save the Date – for these upcoming Marlins events!

FINAL FIT CHECK

Event Details:

  • Date: Sunday, April 14
  • Time: 3:30pm - 5:30pm (drop by anytime)
  • Location: Edinburgh Clubhouse

What to Expect:

  • Get fitted for your swim team competition suit.
    • Our new team suits are required for all dual meets this season!
    • Competition swimsuits fit differently than standard swimsuits, and due to team branding they are nonrefundable. 
  • Fill out your Big Fish/Little Fish 'About Me' info sheet.
    • Even if you don't need a suit, we still need you to drop by to fill out your Big Fish/Little Fish ‘About Me’ page!
  • Purchase Marlins merchandise.
  • Find out what's in store for the 2024 season!

...on April 15.  BUT DON'T WAIT TO REGISTER!

WELCOME PARTY

Event Details:

  • Time: 1:30pm
  • Location: Edinburgh Clubhouse

What to Expect:

  • Our Official 2024 Season Kick-Off!
  • Parent & Swimmer Informational Meeting – review practice times, meet themes, season parties, and county details.
  • Big Fish / Little Fish Reveal – meet your big/little for the season.
  • Receive Your Registration Shirt – we'll take an informal team pic wearing them.
  • Mixer & Fun – after we've taken care of business, be ready to stay & play! 
    • Party Bound (Diamond Sponsor) is bringing bounce house fun.
    • 2Plus2 (Gold Sponsor) is bringing bubble tea & treats.

FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE

...is Monday, May 13!

Here is our tentative after-school practice schedule for May 13 - May 21 (no practice on May 22!)

  • 4:30 - 5:00pm, Mini Marlins and 6+Under
  • 5:00 - 6:00pm, 7-10's
  • 6:00 - 7:00pm, MS+HS

We still need you to REGISTER so we can finalize our practice times for the season!

BEACH BALL GAMES

Event Details:

  • Date: Thursday, May 23
  • Time: 6:00pm
  • Location: Edinburgh Pool

What to Expect:

  • Part 'dress rehearsal' for our new meet flow – we are adjusting where swimmers queue up, walk, and merge at meets.
  • Part social mixer – 
    • Marlins coaches, staff, swimmers & their families will be broken into the red, blue & yellow teams. 
    • Coaches & staff will compete in the water games as swimmers & families help cheer them on (or even volunteer to participate with them.)
  • Most of all – you don't want to miss!
