Dear Swimmers and Parents,

As we prepare for our upcoming meets, I wanted to remind everyone about the process for submitting event preferences.

If your swimmer has specific event preferences, please make sure to enter them in SwimTopia when you RSVP. It is crucial to do this BEFORE THE DEADLINE to ensure we have enough time to consider all requests. If preferences are not submitted by the deadline, swimmers will be assigned to events based on team needs and the coaches' discretion.

While we cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled, please be assured that we do review all preferences carefully. Our goal is to accommodate as many requests as possible while balancing the needs of the team.

If you have any requests for event changes please email me by midnight tonight!!! This applies to BOTH the time trial and the first meet on Thursday!
