MERCHANDISE PRE-ORDER

• Our Merchandise Lead, Shenell Myrie, has a ton of excited options this year!
• PRE-ORDER by Friday, March 21.

VOLUNTEER LEADS

Our 2025 season can't happen without these key roles! Please reply to this email – plus learn more about the special perks & benefits for these (3) positions.

• COMPUTER PERSON
  • The only fully-indoor job at home meets! 
  • Attend (1) GCSL virtual training session in early May.
  • Ensure scoring is accurate, enter times into the computer, print score sheets and ribbon labels. 
• SPONSORSHIP LEAD
  • This role begins right away to help us secure sponsors by our April 1st deadline.
  • We have a great list of 2024 sponsors we'd like to bring back, as well as some potential new sponsors that need to be coordinated.
• STROKE & TURN JUDGE
  • Attend (1) GCSL virtual training session in early May.
  • This role stands poolside and notes swimmer stroke infractions.
  • Dress code: White collared shirt, navy bottoms.
