• 2pm, ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN 
  • Pickup: Name Tag, Welcome Bag, Team Shirt
  • Learn More: Art Parties, CFA Spirit Night, Stoke Clinics, etc.
  • Meet Marlins swimmers & parents

• 2:15pm, ALL TEAM MEETING
  • Introduce the coaches, volunteer board & committee
  • Review 2025 season plans & what to expect
  • Big Fish / Little Fish reveal

• 2:30pm, PARENT MEET + TEAM PIC
  • PARENTS
    • Quick parent-only meeting directly after the all team meeting.
  • SWIMMERS
    • Take a team picture in your new shirts (provided at the party)
• 3-5pm, PARTY TIME!
  • Bounce house, obstacle course, music, and games!
  • All the fun provided by our sponsors...
  • Bounce Houses by Party Bound
  • DJ, Network Entertainment
