My name is Julie Shingadia. I'm returning as Marlins Volunteer Coordinator this season, but- lucky for me- I now have Annabel Brightwell as Co Coordinator. She is training to take the reins entirely next season- woohoo!

To assist Annabel in her position of overseeing several meets solo, we will be working on drafts for the Mock Meet, as well as the first two meets, this week. 

How can you help? Please go into SwimTopia and RSVP Yes or No for all meets thru June 4th ASAP (Mock Meet, Meet 1 & Meet 2). This will help tremendously. THANK YOU!

Steps:

Login to our SwimTopia site

Click Meets/Events Tab

Click Meet Entry

Click Edit

Then make sure to Save your RSVP

Quick reminders on volunteering & notes-

• Your swimmer MUST be RSVPed yes to be seeded in a meet
• Families are required to provide at least one volunteer at each meet your swimmer swims (mom, dad, nanny, teenaged sibling, friend, etc.)
• We do our best to accommodate preferred positions (I promise, we are nice ppl!), but sometimes it is not possible. It's a bit of a chess game! 
• If you have any handicaps, injuries, recent surgeries or other issues this season that we should know about in order to best place you, please respond to this email. Also, if you prefer 2nd shift (later arrival) due to work, pls let us know.
