Meet Thursday 6/8 AWAY @ Thunderbolts
The meet this week is Thursday, June 8th at the Thunderbolts at 6 pm!

Please make sure you look to see what you are volunteering for on the team website.
Swimmers and Volunteers need to check in at the Marlins check in table at 4:30pm. First shift Volunteers must report to their assignments by 5:30pm, meet starts promptly at 6:00pm. Second shift Volunteers must report around Event 32, this will be announced during the meet.
The event numbers will be in the family folders, but heats and lanes will not be available until we get to the Thunderbolts. This is standard for an Away Meet.
During the meet, all swimmers should remain in the bullpen so that they are easily found/can hear when their event is called. Also, please remember to be respectful and pick up trash!!

MESSAGE FROM THE BOLTS:
Parking for your team is in the pool lot. Cars parked in the very top of this lot may be blocked until the end of the meet. It is advisable that families staying until the end, park in this section. Overflow parking is at New Hope Baptist Church, next door to the Olde Savannah Square community. This is also where we park the BOLT families, so parking will be tight in this lot. Carpooling is highly recommended. No parking on the curbs within the community please.
Your bullpen area is outside the gate in the grass area. The homeowners association has asked that we please keep both teams off the tennis & basketball courts and the playground.
Your parent section is on the right side of the pool, facing the clubhouse. Please enter through the volleyball court entrance.
Heat sheets will be for sale around 4:15- 5:45PM at the gate and moved to concessions thereafter. $2.00 each
Your warmups will begin at 5:10 pm. We are leaving some additional time at the beginning of the meet to honor our graduating seniors.
Concessions is located on the upper deck of the clubhouse. Pizza & Chik-fil-A, along with the usual spread of drinks, snacks, & candy.
Coaches and officials are welcome use the restrooms in the upstairs clubhouse. NO SWIMMERS PERMITTED PLEASE.
Scoring is located in the clubhouse, upstairs. Times will be posted on the wall under the clubhouse deck.
The clubhouse is not available to parents & swimmers; council persons, coaches, officials, and scoring only please.
In the event the meet is delayed for weather, please let your parents know not to congregate on the upstairs deck. Make-up night is Friday(6/9).
We will hold a timers meeting at 5:40 PM in our clubhouse. Please let your timers know to meet our folks upstairs at that time.
Also, there will be portable toilets available for use. The clubhouse restrooms are small and this can help alleviate long lines.
