The meet this week is Thursday, June 1st at Wild Timber Team Extreme at 6 pm!

Physical Address is: 6235 Wild Timber Rd Sugar Hill, GA 30518

Directions:  Go North on Suwanee Dam Road. Turn left onto Ramey Road. Enter Wild Timber subdivision; turn right on Wild Timber Road. Follow all the way back to clubhouse.

Swimmers and Volunteers need to check in at the Marlins check in table at 4:30pm. First shift Volunteers must report to their assignments by 5:30pm, meet starts promptly at 6:00pm. Second shift Volunteers must report around Event 32, this will be announced during the meet.

The event numbers will be in the family folders, but heats and lanes will not be available until we get to WTTE. This is standard for an Away Meet.

During the meet, all swimmers should remain in the bullpen so that they are easily found/can hear when their event is called. Also, please remember to be respectful and pick up trash!!

Parking - We do have a relatively large parking lot, and a good amount of street parking.  Please remind your parents to park only on one side of the street (it will be marked) and not to block any driveways or hydrants.  There will be signs directing your team to our pool and signs on which side of the road to park. Our pool address is 6235 Wild Timber Rd., Sugar Hill.

Bullpens- Your bullpens will be between the park and volleyball/sand area on the grass.  Please instruct the kids NOT to play on the tennis courts, volleyball court, and playground.  We will put up two tents for you if you'd like, and you are welcome to bring more.  We will also put out some spotlights for when the sun goes down. 

Visitor Seating – As you enter the pool area, the visiting seating area is to the right of the pool. There are some areas blocked off for relay staging and to allow coaches room to move around the pool deck.

Concessions- We will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, Chick-Fil-A, pizza, drinks, chips, and – of course - candy!  The Kona Ice Truck will also be in the parking lot, bring $

Results & Heat Sheets- Times will be posted on the lower clubhouse windows.  Ribbons and scoring will be done in there as well.  Heat sheets will be sold at concessions for $2

Weather Delays

What if it starts raining at a meet?  We do swim in the rain, not a thunderstorm.

If a meet is interrupted for a thunderstorm, DO NOT GO HOME! For everyone’s safety, follow the inclement weather instructions in the Heat Sheet. Many times the meet will resume where it left off after the storm passes. If it does not resume, you will be notified via text of the make -up date, which will be determined prior to the meet by both teams. For home meets the make-up date will be the next evening unless otherwise notified. Volunteers will keep the same assignments for the make-up meet. Please find your own replacement if you cannot attend the second meet.
