Hello Edinburgh County Team!

Parents, if your child will not be attending practice at any point over the next 2 weeks in preparation for the county meet, please email me with the dates that they will and will not be attending. In the past, what seems to have worked out well is we continue to work on endurance as well as technique during the first week of county practice. The second week we turn down the intensity and work hard to perfect starts, finishes, and turns.

By letting me know if your child is missing practice(s), we can make sure to use the days we do have to get their various techniques as close to perfect as possible before county.
