Here is some information about the away meet this Thursday, 5/26, at Wild Timber.  Please note, they did change the theme to red, white & blue, instead of Star Wars.

Parking -  We do have a large parking lot, and a good amount of street parking.  Please only park on one side (it will be marked) and don't block any driveways or hydrants.  There will be signs directing your team to our pool and signs on which side of the road to park on. 

Bullpens- Your bullpens will be between the park and volleyball/sand area on the grass.  Please instruct the kids to NOT use the tennis courts, volleyball court, and playground.  We will put up two tents for you, and you are welcome to bring more.  We will also put out some spotlights as well for when the sun goes down. 

Visitor Seating-  You are more than welcome to sit on any side of the pool, but most of our team takes the left side (if you come through the main gate) and the visitors take the right. 

Concessions- We will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, Chick-Fil-A, pizza, drinks, chips, & candy.  The Kona Ice Truck will be in the parking lot.

Results & Heat Sheets- Times will be posted on the lower clubhouse windows.  Ribbons and scoring will be done in there as well.  Heat sheets will be sold at concessions for $2.

Weather is always a concern, especially this swim season.  If we have a rain delay due to storms, we will ask people to go to their cars if they need safe shelter.  We do not have room to accommodate everyone in the lower clubhouse.  That will only be for coaches, council, and scoring.  Our make up time is Monday evening at 6:00pm.  Fingers crossed that we have good weather.
