Parents,

Attached you will find the final Top 100 results. Page 1 is the master
spreadsheet and contains the events your child has ranked in. In addition,
if your child was selected to participate in a relay, that is indicated as
well. For those parents that have pre-selected the individual events that
they/their child would like to swim, I have indicated your choices in green.
If you see an discrepancies, please let Jared and Me know no later than
early today. This is the spreadsheet we will be using to create our
official meet entries.

On a separate note; You will notice the volunteer duties descriptions listed
at the bottom of page 1. I have highlighted each in a different color. We
were assigned usher duty for all but one of our required assignments. Kim
McCarthy has volunteered to take the heat winner duty, so that job is
filled. However we still need about 15 ushers. I have broken out on the
left hand column how many are required by session and need to submit the
names for the number of volunteers indicated by the end of this week. This
is a required obligation for our team and If I do not receive enough
volunteers by Saturday I will be forced to put everyone's names in a hat and
randomly draw who the volunteers will be. Please make it easier on me and
go ahead and send me an e-mail letting me know that you will volunteer and
the session you are willing to do it. I would like to focus on those that
know for sure they will be attending the meet (i.e. those that are in relays
and those with rankings below 50). The reason being is those above 50 may
not get in and if a volunteer's child does not attend the meet, then I am
stuck with an open volunteer position. Those that have already volunteered
are indicated in yellow, thank you.

One last note:

We will be meeting with the county to receive our official invite list on
Sunday, I will send them out to everyone once we return from the meeting
along with further instructions and information about the meet for those of
you that are new to the County Meet.
