Our first fundraiser event scheduled for our last home meet against Wild Timber is just around the corner. The fundraiser will benefit JDRF, a leader in the search for an end to type 1 diabetes. The charity is one close to our hearts. One of our own Marlins was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just two years ago.

As you know, a raffle will be a big part of this event. We have some phenomenal raffle prizes this year. You will be able to purchase your raffle tickets as early as this week during practice or at our Lansmoore meet on Tuesday from Julie Shingadia and/or Shellie Sobh.

Please make sure to have extra cash handy this week if you would like to purchase tickets! Each raffle ticket will cost $1. However, we have incentives:

6 tickets for $5.00

12 tickets for $10.00

25 tickets for $20.00
