Please let us know if you have any suggestions and constructive criticism for concessions from the meet last Thursday. The ladies would like to know anything that can help improve before next week :) any favorite items that you have seen at away meets or remember from previous years would be very helpful too.

Mock Meet

• Thank you for a successful Mock Meet. It was a great evening to introduce all of our new swimmers and families to what they can expect at a regular meet. We appreciated everyone's patience as we worked through and identified different things to change and improve before our 1st real HOME meet next week with Chateau Elan.
• At all future meets (home/away) we will have swimmer check-in and parent volunteer job check-in at the Marlin's Bullpen Area. Everyone needs to check-in as soon as they arrive at the meet.
• Swimmers need to stay in the Marlin's Bullpen.  It is not the responsibility of the bullpen volunteers to search for swimmers when they leave the bullpen.
• Parent volunteers need to show up to work their shifts.  Pleas e check the website to see if you are scheduled.  If you can't work, find a replacement.  If you do not show up for your shift, your swimmer may not swim the next meet.
• Team suits are required at ALL meets
• Absences/Vacations need to RSVP, coaches are asking for a week notice before the meet.  Please log in the website and let us know under "swim meets".
• Please clean up trash.  If your child isn't picking up after themselves than the parent needs to.
