Thanks Marlins for a GREAT first day of practice!

We apologize for the construction on the steps.  They plan to be finished this week  We will have both side gates open for tomorrow's practice.  We will also have pool furniture/umbrellas out tomorrow to give us some much needed shade.

Nicole will be at all 3 practices TOMORROW to hand out purchased items (suits, hoodies and registration shirts) and to SELL hoodies, caps and goggles and we have just a FEW body markers left. A suit is required but we do encourage everyone to have a team cap.  Please plan to pick up your items, this is the only day she will have items to hand out or make arrangements with her @ [email protected].

The family folders are the 2 file boxes that will be sitting on one of the tables.  Please check these weekly.  If you didn't receive your 2014 handbook at the parent meeting, then yours should be in your folder.

Lastly, the coaches want to stress the importance of staying hydrated with water.  This will help with the cramping along with a banana.
