Quick reminder about RSVPs- The deadline notifying us a swimmer will miss a meet is the FRIDAY prior to the meet. Last night, we were missing many swimmers, thus not always having enough swimmers for different relays. We have 150 kids on the team and tonight we were missing 30. Of that 30...our coaches knew about 15 of them prior to the Friday deadline - 7 swimmers rsvp'd after the Friday deadline. Then there were 8 swimmers that didn't show up. The coaches spent way too much time reworking the relay teams and it is not fair to the teammates who are there, ready to swim.  

We must know a week out, either log in TODAY (this morning) for next week OR reply back here & let me know I will add on website.
