Hello Volunteers:

If you are receiving this e-mail you have been selected to volunteer at our swim meet this week!

This is our first meet of the season, many of you are familiar with the routine at a swim meet, so please report to your assigned location promptly and welcome our new volunteers.  If this is your first meet don't worry Tonya Oliver will be on deck to assist with any questions and direct you to your volunteer location.  The first meet can be a bit crazy as evryone will be getting back in the swing of thigs and new families will be learning the ropes.  Any assistance throughtout the meet to make things run as smoothly as possible would be greatly appreciated.  If you have questions please direct them to a committee member and not the coaches, if possible.

We have made every effort to give each family their first choice of volunteer position and to check the swimmer RSVP list for families not attending at close to it's cut off as possible before we assigned jobs.    All families are expected to cover their volunteer shift or find a suitable replacement.  If you have any questions please contact Tonya Oliver at [email protected].
