Registration Packet

Registration days are scheduled for this Sunday, February 24 from 1pm-5pm (Edinburgh Residents Only) & Sunday, March 24 from 1pm-5pm at the Edinburgh Residents Clubhouse. If you cannot attend the registration days, please mail your forms prior to April 1st to avoid a late fee. The address is included on the form.
The following items are required for registration:
· 2013 Registration Form
· Gwinnett County Swim League Waiver( 1 per swimmer)
· Medical Release Form
· Volunteer Registration Form
· If you have a new swimmer, you will need to submit a photocopy of his/her birth certificate, and show the original copy to a board member.
You can print the registration packet at the link below or find all forms on the website under links. Please print, complete & bring on registration day. We will also have swim suit sizing on registration days, with several different suit options. Please have separate payment for suits & merchandise.
The swim team committee currently has 2 OPEN positions - MMM & Concessions. These positions count as your volunteer hours and also gets you 1 free registration. Please contact Kim ([email protected]) or Jenna ([email protected]) if interested.
