River Oak Photography will be at the Edinburgh pool, TOMORROW (Home Meet vs. Maple Ridge) for team & individual photos.
3:30pm Individual & Sibling Photos Begin
4:20pm Team Photo (in team swim suits). See previous emails or website for all the info.
Tomorrow is our 1st HOME meet of the season! Please make sure you look to see what you are volunteering for on the site. We will have lots of great concessions!
Swimmers and Volunteers need to check in at the Marlins check in table by 4:30pm. Volunteers for Set-up need to be there by 4:00pm with the equipment. First shift Volunteers must report to their assignments by 5:30pm, meet starts promptly at 6:00pm. Second shift Volunteers must report around Event 32, this will be announced during the meet.
le Please be prompt to your assigned position as someone is waiting on you to relieve them from their assignment. If anyone has an emergency regarding swimmers or volunteers, please contact someone as soon as possible. It is the family’s responsibility to find volunteer replacement, if needed. If your family fails to show for the assigned volunteer position, there will be consequences enforced at the next meet. See handbook for details.
