- MUST READ....Team Suits, Concessions, Bullpen & Photos

Swimmers MUST wear team suits for the last three meets, or they will not be able to swim. This is a team and as such we need to present a unified look. All were give ample opportunity to get one. If you still need assistance, Jenna Kocon has some in her inventory, so she may still be able to help you. Please contact her [email protected].
2) Concession donations are needed immediately! If you signed up to bring an item at registration, please take it to Jan Dayton’s house early this week!

3) Please remember that evening practices are ONLY for swimmers with 2 working parents, AND through prior approval from Coach Danny. The coaches will be turning away anyone that has not filled out a form and turned it in for approval PRIOR to the evening.
4) We are trying something new this year for meets, and only having the 6 & under bullpen below the deck. 7-10yrs will be inside the fence between the stairs & baby pool exit, and 11-18yrs will be outside the fence on the flat area. Please remind your swimmers to stay in their area and pay attention to what event # is being called.
River Oak Photography will be visiting us this Thursday, 6/21, to take team and action photos!
Team Photos
*Individual photos will start at 3:30,
*Group team photo will be taken at 4:30 (please arrive no later than 4:20 for the group photo).
*Individual photos will also be taken from after the group photo until 5:00.

Action Photos
River Oak will also be taking action photos! If you'd like photos of your child in action, you must sign up in advance with River Oak on Thursday. Look for their table set up!
