RESIDENTS OF EDINBURGH ONLY!
THE SWIM TEAM NEEDS YOUR HELP ASAP! Please join our Executive Council in requesting the HOA Board to do the right thing and allow the Swim Team use of the pool, DURING REPAIRS in MAY! The board has a teleconference this week, where Camilo will insist that the swim team's needs be discussed and we be provided feedback on their position ASAP. But only the show of force we are calling for will precipitate some action.
We need EVERY Edinburgh resident family to email the board at [email protected] and firmly (but politely) ask the board to DO THE RIGHT THING! Please use social media as well, but do not use inflammatory language, we have a dysfunctional HOA board and do not need to exacerbate the situation. We need to show our strength and unity in an ethical and upstanding manner, but by all means we HAVE to let them know that our needs MUST be met. The list below is what was sent to the board last week, please use it when emailing the board.
Edinburgh Marlins Swim Team Facility Needs for 2012:
- May 14-18 & 21-23, 4-6 PM. Need access to all lanes of the pool. We can use clubhouse's upper bathrooms.
- May 24-25 & 28-31, 8-10:30 AM. Need access to all lanes of the pool. We can use clubhouse's upper bathrooms.
- May 31, 4 PM. Need access to balcony (top and bottom), fitness room, lower bathrooms, entire pool deck and grassy area adjacent to golf course.Thanks for your immediate action and assistance in this matter!
