Hey everyone!

The RSVP's are coming in from the site but Jane only has a handful of checks so PLEASE drop her your check for the banquet to secure your spot.  Her address is 3468 Binghurst Road.  Remember we can not count your RSVP until we have your check!  In the past we have had no shows at the banquet and Bears Best charges us either way.

Jan must get all final counts for food purposes to Bears Best ASAP.  Thanks so much for your prompt attention on this and if you have already dropped your check to Jan, thanks so much!

Also don't forget raffle tickets will be drawn at the banquet from all of the purchased tickets during the season!
