First Marlins Swim Practice is today!

4:00 – 5:00 Elementary age children

5:00 – 6:00 Middle and high school age children

 Please wear warm workout clothes on top of suits this week so we can do some dry land activities if the water is too chilly.

 Please check the Family Folder Box regularly for important information!  It will be located on the table near the waterslide where the coaches have their things. 

·         This is where you’ll get your events slip before every meet stating which individual and relay events your child/ren will be swimming! 

·         This is also where your children will get their ribbons the morning after the meets at Morning Marlins Madness (9:00 – 10:00)!

·         There is also a file with evening practice request forms which you can complete and place in Coach Laura’s file folder. 

·         Handbooks are in the folders for those that missed the meeting. 

·         There are also picture order forms for half the swimmers now (they’ll be sending us more forms).  Picture day is Saturday, May 21 at 8:00 am.

 VERY IMPORTANT: Please go ahead and RSVP on our website under the swim meet icon as to the volunteer position you may be interested in, as well as meets you know one or more of your swimmers will be unavailable, so that the coaches and volunteer coordinators can know well in advance who will not be at a particular meet!  We are going to use the website as our sole way of communicating your presence/absences for a meet, so please update it regularly!  If you would like to be a timer, judge, or clerk of course you will need prior approval with the volunteer coordinator Heather Baxter.
